Communist Party of India State Secretary Dr Girish took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying saving criminals and taking a dip in the Ganga to wash sin would not work now.
“If PM Modi wants to save his party from public ire, then he would have to remove Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni whose name has surfaced in the Lakhimpur Kheri case,” he said.
Girish alleged that the Union minister hatched a conspiracy to murder of farmers and used his ministerial power to destroy the evidence against him and his son.
