There was a ruckus once again in Noida’s Omaxe City in sector 93 on Sunday after BJP man Shrikant Tyagi, accused of outraging a woman’s modesty during an argument over the plantation of palm trees near his apartment in the society, allegedly sent 15 to 16 goons there.
BJP MP Mahesh Sharma also reached the spot and urged police officials to take action immediately. Talking to the media, the Shamra said that I am ashamed for today’s incident and I will complain to CM Yogi and the Ministry of Home Affairs for action against the police officers.
The residents also raised slogans against the police present on the spot. Police said that out of those who had entered the society, six have been detained and the search is on for the rest.
