In an effort to ascertain if Bollywood actor Salman Khan had a valid driving licence at the time of the 2002 hit-and-run incident and if there was botch-up in the blood samples taken from him, the trial court on Saturday directed the Mumbai police to record the statements of three additional witnesses, including a Road Transport Office (RTO) inspector.
