A day before annual Amarnath pilgrimage takes off in Kashmir Valley, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh reviewed security arrangements at a high-level meeting and stressed for coordination between security agencies to conduct the 59-day-long pilgrimage hassle-free.
Rajnath Singh arrived on two-day visit and is scheduled to take part in the inaugural worship (pratham puja) at the holy Amarnath Cave situated 12,756 feet above sea level in the south Kashmir Himalayas near Pahalgam.
