The Congress vice-president was addressing a huge rally in support of the SP-Congress alliance in Mathura on Monday.
“To ensure livelihood to every family, I advised Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav as to why could we not come up with a separate manifesto for youths as it could change the face of the biggest State of the country.
I have two issues in my mind – one to ensure job for youths and second, to remove fear and hatred from their minds,” said Rahul.
