In the Bulgadhi case, the public and media are eager to know about the CBI charge sheet. The chargesheets have been filed against the four accused who were sent to jail by the police. The lawyer of the accused Munna Singh Pundir told the media that the CBI has filed a charge sheet against the accused.
The news of the filing of the charge sheet caused a lot of anxiety among the four accused and they began to walk in the jail. Senior Jail Superintendent Alok Singh said that on completion of 14 days quarantine time on the orders of the court, the accused will be shifted to separate barracks. Congress leader Shivraj Jeevan said that by conducting a fair investigation, CBI gained the trust of the entire country. As said earlier that there has been humiliation with the girl and the truth has come in front of everybody, now the accused will surely be punished. After the Bulgadi case, the way I was charged with the tag of the rioter, today everything is in front. I am always with justice and will stand with justice till the last time of life.
After the charge sheet was filed by the CBI, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said that once again the truth has come out.
She said that serious questions are being raised on the UP’s Yogi government from this charge sheet. Priyanka released a statement stating that CBI has filed a charge sheet against 4 accused of the Hathras case. In it, it is said that a 19-year-old girl was gang-raped and murdered. The government left no stone unturned in denying the dignity of the victim. The cremation was done at midnight without the consent of the family, although the state government and police could not suppress the truth even after all their efforts.
