Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said Advani’s resignation was proof of groupism prevailing in that party. He said, “It is that party’s internal matter and it is not good to say more.
It should not have happened. Advani is the tallest leader and had been groomed under former Prime Minister AB Vajpayee. He had built that party right from the beginning.”
Siddaramaiah further said, ‘’Advani resigning from important posts in the party would also be an advantage to the Congress as the act clearly reflects difference of opinion prevailing among the leaders.”
