Actor turned politician, Janasena Party chief, Pawan Kalyan, announced hunger strike to attain Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh, if necessary. On Wednesday, while speaking in the Formation Day of his Party, he termed the turmoil in the Parliament as drama and demanded immediate action by Modi Government in respect of promises made to Andhra Pradesh at the time of bifurcation.

They may be under impression, in 2019 I will fight against Jaganmohan Reddy. That might be the reason they are deeply involved in corruption to spend minimum Rs 25 crore in next elections.
“I will not spare such actions. Andhra Pradesh requires young leadership in near future. Either I am not a son of a Chief Minister or a son-in-law. I am a son of a Constable. Are Politics a special artIJ I will fight against all ill deeds and show what youth power”.
“Janasena honeymoon with Telugu Desam is over. Singapore kind of Capital means Singapore kind of good governance. I question the corruption of CM's son lokesh. Why popular schemes should be named after only one family. Why chandranna schemes, why not Sardar Gauthu lachhanna and Dokka Seethamma schemes. I don't like the word vote bank. You are my familyIJ Why didn't the Government punish the MlA , who manhandled woman MRO. Kapu reservations are in cold storage. I will die for the cause of my mother land”, he said. “It is an emotional beginning, from the Capital Amaravati. The power can't be confined to selected castes. The deprived sections of the society will capture cthe power.
