Pakistan Government is set observe February 27 as National Surprise Day to commemorate the capture of Indian Air Force Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman who downed a US-made F 16 fighter jet with a Russian make MiG 21 aircraft last year following the Indian air strike at a Jaish-e-Mohammad suicide bomber training facility in Balakot.
