A driver, working for an app-based cab operator, has been arrested for allegedly harassing and misbehaving with a woman judge in a city court who had hired his car to go shopping in North Delhi, police said on Thursday.
The Ola driver, identified as Sandeep, was arrested from Gurgaon and booked on charges of outraging the modesty of the woman among others on the basis of a complaint by the additional sessions judge in Tis Hazari court.
