If Obama bombs Iraq and someone gets killed, activists in Goa will file an FIR, Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar told the Goa legislative Assembly on Thursday.“If Obama bombs Iraq and four people die, I will not be shocked if an FIR (First Information Report) is filed in Goa,” Parrikar stated.
The Chief Minister also said that there ought to be a special ward in the State Government operated Institute for Psychiatry and Human Behaviour (IPHB) for compulsive activists.
“People are just filing cases,” he said, even threatening an RTI activist with breach of privilege for filing a complaint against the Speaker Rajendra Arlekar for possessing disproportionate assets. "The moment the police completes their enquiry and finds nothing in the complaint I will file for breach of privilege,” Parrikar said.
