A dead body of a staff nurse posted in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Kakryal was found under mysterious circumstances inside one of the hospital labs on Wednesday morning.
The dead body was found in a pool of blood with injury marks in the neck area.
The local police has started investigations in the case.
According to police, at around 9.00 a.m, " dead body of a female identified as Vishali d/o Ram lal R/o Himachal Pradesh, age 23 years was found inside one of the hospital laboratories".
The young nurse was posted as staff nurse in the hospital.
Interestingly, one male was also found in serious condition identified as Pavan Chathan s/o Sita ram R/o Ghazipur UP, age 23 years in the same hospital. He was also posted in the same hospital and may have attempted suicide after attacking the nurse or he may have received injuries during the scuffle.
The police is also scanning CCTV footage of the hospital to establish the presence of due inside the laboratory before the crime was reported.
