The Election Commission on Friday issued notice to the AICC general secretary and the Congress candidate for the Vadodara lok Sabha seat Madhusudan Mistry, contesting against the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, for derogatory remarks against women.The notice was issued by the district election officer Vinod Rao asking Mistry to submit his written reply by April 27.
