Nitish, Sushil Modi trade charges over 'lies'

The war of words appears unending between Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the BJP as on Tuesday too they engaged in verbal duel accusing each other for telling lies with no substance of facts.

On Monday, Kumar had accused the BJP and its PM candidate for ‘cultivation of lies’ and the Patna blasts helped the party to get more coverage whereas the State BJP leaders had accused Kumar of being hand-in-glove with the IM operatives.

“The BJP should stop cultivation of lies…what they say is completely bereft of substance and facts which shoes their intellectual hollowness,” charged the Bihar Chief Minister while referring to the BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and the State party leaders.

Kumar also rued that the kind of language the BJP leaders now have started using too has exposed their mental hollowness. “See what kind of language they are using…no substance and no facts… vaicharik roop se khokhle ho gaye hai,” he said while talking to mediapersons on the sidelines of a Government function.

The State BJP leaders, however too did not lose a moment in making counter attack on friend-turned-foe Nitish Kumar. Senior State BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi counter-charged Kumar dubbing him as the “biggest liar”.

“For over seven years I have been with Nitish Kumar but has never seen him stooping so low in my association with him. After our Hunkar Rally in Patna and the response it got, Nitish Kumar has become frustrated lot,” alleged Sushil Modi while adding that the Bihar CM should now resign from his post.
