In a major development in the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case, a special CBI court on Wednesday issued non-bailable warrant against Additional Director General of Police PP Pandey.
The top Gujarat cop is one of the accused in the killing of Ishrat and other three. Though he had requested the court that he would not be able to appear in court in person, it was rejected by the court. As he failed to appear before the court, a non-bailable warrant was issued against him.
