While addressing public rallies in Bihar, BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Wednesday threw another spin to Priyanka Gandhi’s ‘neech rajniti’ remark while explaining the jibe in a different perspective. Modi also predicted that the Congress would not be able to open its account in many States.
What is ‘neech rajniti’IJ, Modi asked from the audience at Valmikinagar rally in West Champaran and later explained it to them in a different perspective. “Neech rajniti is when foodgrains rot in open and the Government refuses to distribute it to the poor despite Supreme Court’s suggestion but they later sell the foodgrains to the liquor-making industries at the rate of 80-paisa per kg,” said Modi while the crowd cheered widely in response.
He went on further. “Neech rajniti is when Pakistan soldiers cross over Indian border and dismember heads of our jawans but the Indian Government offers chicken-biryani to the Pakistani PM. Isn’t it neech rajnitiIJ” asked Modi and the enthusiastic crowd responded in warm affirmation.
While taking a dig at the Commonwealth Games scam under the UPA Government, Modi said that during the Games they (UPA) gobbled up money meant for buying toilet papers and they even ate up money meant for constructing lavatories. This is neech rajniti,” he said.
Next he also referred about the coalgate and said, “coal mines are being shut. Koyala hi chura liya logon ne…kya ise nahi kehte neech rajnitiIJ” asked Modi.
launching a frontal attack on the Congress, Narendra Modi said that the ruling party would not be able to open its account in several States in the ongoing Parliamentary elections. “The Congress even is finding it difficult to save its bastion of Amethi this time,” said Modi.
