As Union Parliamentary Minister M Venkaiah Naidu heaped praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making “India world’s spiritual Capital,” Home Minister Rajnath Singh stressed that yoga could help channelise knowledge into positive work,  “Modi is great.

Made India world’s spiritual Capital, 192 countries/193 UN members have celebrated Yoga Day which was really a world integration,” Naidu said on Twitter.

“Modi is really great, transforming India in every sense, NITI Aayog to Swachchh Bharat to Beti Padao, Betai Bachao to AMURT (Atal Mission for Urban Renewal and Transformation) to Yoga. India moves On,” he added. Meanwhile, Home Minister said yoga connects people to people, religion with religion and culture with culture.

Yoga generates harmony with nature and not conflict with nature. “The work of yoga is to connect, not to divide. Those who thought yoga was restricted to a particular caste, creed and religion, yesterday’s programme has proved it is not. People from all communities attended it,” the Home Minister said.
