Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi attracted a large number of prominent personalities during his first visit after becoming the chief of BJP’s election campaign committee.
Celebrities from Telugu films as well as prominent personalities from cross sections of society were among those who called on Modi at the Park Hyatt hotel during the day. N Balakrishna , Raghvendra Rao and Murli Mohan, all close to TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu, former BJP MP and film actor Kota Srinivas Rao, Babu Mohan and his entire family, Ram Gopal Varma, Allu Arvind (brother in law of union minister Chiranjeevi) and Eenadu Group managing director Kiran met Modi separately.
Other prominent figures, who met Modi include Care Hospitals head and cardiologist Dr Somaraju, retired IPS officer Gopinath Reddy, and former union home secretary Padmanabaiah and former BJP President Bangaru lakshman.
