A seven-year-old girl partially lost her vision after being administered Anti-Rabies Vaccine at a Government clinic here, her family alleged, following which the health authorities have decided to send her for further medical examination.
The victim of monkey bite, Tanha, was given first-aid by the doctors at Primary Health Centre of Kosi Kalan here on June 25. She was given the vaccine at the same clinic on June 27, the family said.
On Thursday, she was taken to ophthalmologist at a district hospital in Mathura, where her family members alleged that she started loosing her eyesight after receiving the vaccine.
“She started loosing her eyesight ever since she was given the vaccine,” her father alleged.
