In another incident of crime against North-East women, a 20-year-old woman from Manipur has alleged that she was gangraped at an apartment in South-east Delhi.
The woman said she was brought to Delhi on the pretext of a job at a beauty parlour by a man known to her and her family. Few days later, Ashutosh and Arun — who claimed to be from Rajasthan came to their house and were introduced as the owners of a ‘business’ they were supposed to work in. Police have registered a case of trafficking and rape against two men. She said she was asked to stay at an apartment with another Manipuri girl.
