Delhi Police have arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly impersonating a police officer and stealing a mobile phone in southeast Delhi’s Sarita Vihar area.
The accused has been identified as Kamlesh. According to R P Meena, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Southeast district, the incident took place on June 15, when a sanitation worker reached near A block park in Sarita Vihar on his bicycle, he was stopped by Kamlesh, who posed as a police official.
