lJP chief memo to Guv seeks dismissal of Nitish Kumar Govt

lJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan staged a “Raj Bhawan” march from JP roundabout near Gandhi Maidan to Raj Bhawan in Patna on Sunday to submit a memorandum to Bihar Governor DY Patil, urging him to dismiss the State Government in view of the alleged rampant corruption and anarchy-like situation prevailing in the State.

Paswan submitted memorandum to a senior officer at the Raj Bhawan as the Governor was out of Patna. Before kick-starting his march to the Raj Bhawan under a scorching sun, Paswan told mediapersons that Bihar has been suffering from various ills but primarily ones include the alleged deteriorating law and order situation, financial anarchy, poor education delivery system among others.

Paswan has just completed his “Bihar Bachao Yatra” covering several districts of the State to build up support for his party.

Though his public meetings attracted a good number of people, it has yet to be seen whether these people will also cast their votes in favour of the lJP in the lok Sabha election.

The party presently has no member in the lok Sabha while Paswan himself managed to enter the Rajya Sabha with RJD support. RJD chief lalu Prasad, who has planned to hold his party's rally in Patna on May 15, will start his last leg of “Parivartan Yatra” from April 18.

lalu’s son Tejaswi Prasad Yadav will also hold many youths’ conferences in various parts of the State.
