Condemning BJP national president Amit Shah’s utterances on Tuesday, RJD supremo lalu Prasad said, “This man is defaming the name of peaceful Patna with his utterances. The BJP is desperate to grab power in Bihar. BJP ki hawa nikal chuki hai. The party can not mislead the people anymore.” Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who addressed party workers at the party office here to mark the birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar, took a jibe at the BJP and wondered why the party was organising workers’ meeting to mark the occasion.
“BJP’s leaders are deoing everything possible to divide the society and coining slogans to play their sinister games. Some leaders raise the slogan of love-jehad and some advise to produce more children,” he said. JD(U) national secretary and Minister Shyam Rajak claimed the BJP conclave was super flop and the party even after spending crores of rupees failed to attract its workers. He said even one fourth of Gandhi Maidan could not be filled.
