On a day strong Koli leader Kuvarji Bavalia switched over from Congress to BJP, former Jasdan MlA Bhulabhai Gohil, who had resigned from the party before the Rajya Sabha elections last year and had joined the BJP, returned to opposition party by abandoning BJP.
Interestingly Gohil, who also belongs to Koli community, learnt initial lessons of politics from Bavalia. He wore Congress scarf in presence of leader of Opposition Paresh Dhanani and Gujarat Congress president Amit Chavda.
