If other political parties launch drives to enlist members and workers, the Jana Sena Party of Telugu film star Pawan Kalyan has adopted a novel method. The party is looking for speakers, content writers and analysts as part of its efforts to build its organisation.

The party has issued advertisements seeking applications for various positions from the interested youth who have the understanding of local and States problems, writing and analytical skills.  The recruitment programme which will start from Anantapur district in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesy will be expanded to the entire State, the party sources said.

Those interested were asked to register their names online and wait for the instructions through Facebook and others mediums about the time and places to meet the Jana Sena party officials.

People can also mail their applications through post to the district party office in Anantapur till April 4, the party said in a statement.

Though Pawan Kalyan had launched the party before 2014 elections, he was yet to build the organizational structure or the cadre of the party.

Recently while celebrating the third anniversary of his party, he announced that the organisation building process will be completed by March next year and the party will contest the 2019 elections in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

While he has increasingly turned critical of the erstwhile allies the BJP and the TDP, the BJP leaders in Andhra Pradesh have said that they were still keen to maintain friendly relations with Jana Sena party and it was for Pawan Kalyan to decide whether he would like to continue the alliance.
