The Congress on Sunday appointed Union Minister Jairam Ramesh chairman of the Congress committee to look into implementation of the common minimum programme (CMP) prepared by Hemant Soren.
Party general secretary Janardhan Dwivedi said the committee would also resolve issues cropping up while running the coalition.
