IAF to participate in exercise INIOCHOS-23
New Delhi: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will participate in Exercise INIOCHOS-23, a multi-national air exercise hosted by the Hellenic Air Force. The exercise will be conducted at the Andravida Air Base in Greece from April 24 Apr to May four. The Indian Air Force will deploy four SU-30 MKI and two C-17 aircraft.Giving details of the exercise, IAF officials said here on Thursday the objective of the exercise is to enhance international cooperation, synergy and interoperability amongst the participating Air Forces.
Rajnath tests positive for covid, advised rest
New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has tested positive for COVID-19. He was scheduled to attend the Indian Air Force Commanders’ Conference in New Delhi on Thursday but had to skip it after being tested positive for the virus, the defence ministry said here on Thursday. It also said Rajnath is currently under home quarantine with mild symptoms. A team of doctors examined him and has advised him rest.
