Hyderabad was gearing up to host the three day conference of the police chiefs of all the States and top security officials from Friday, to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The security agencies including the Special Protection Group and National Security Guards have turned the sprawling National Police Academy campus into a fortress for the high level conference where the Prime Minister will spend two days with the Directors General of Police from all over the countries to discuss and the issues and challenges related to the policing.
The commandos and other officials of the two elite security forces have already moved in to the NPA campus in Shivrampally area of Hyderabad and were undertaking anti sabotage searches to make it fully safe for the VVIP visit.
