President Kovind honoured family members of cadaver and organ donors at a function held at Surat.
Families of 32 organ donors were honoured at the function. Speaking on the occasion he said that felicitating achievers has been a tradition but felicitating the near and dear ones of a cadaver donor in a mental state of shock and grief, and that to give new lease of life to several anonymous receivers is simply exemplary.
