Ahead of Assembly polls in Haryana on October 15, the BJP stalwarts will address 28 poll rallies to woo the voters across the State in two days — October 6 and 7.

The political rallies would be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president Amit Shah, Cabinet Ministers namely Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj and Piyush Goyal, cricketer turned politician Navjot Singh Sidhu and actor turned politician Manoj tewari.

After getting an overwhelming response in the lok Sabha election 2014 in Haryana by winning seven seats out of eight seats it had contested, the BJP is now vying to get a majority in 90-member Haryana Assembly elections.

Though the party had already organised more than two dozen poll rallies under the leadership of its star campaigners including Narendra Modi, national president Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Home Minister Rajnath Singh among others in a couple of days, the BJP has yet again scheduled more public rallies of these  stalwarts of the party.

As per the schedule finalised by the party, on October 6, Modi, Rajnath Singh and Manoj Tewari will address the poll rallies in the State. Modi will address three back to back poll rallies in Hisar, Kurukshetra and Faridabad constituencies, Singh is scheduled to address in Ateli, Nangal Chaudhary, Badshahpur and Badali constituencies and Tewari will reach Panchkula, Yamuna Nagar, Karnal and Panipat constituencies to address public gathering and seeking their votes for the party candidates.

The national president of saffron party, Amit Shah, who has already held four rallies on October 5, has decided to address four more rallies in Rania and Ellenabad in Sirsa, Ratia in Fatehabad, Beri in Jhajjar on October 7 in Haryana.

BJP’s firebrand leader and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj would address four rallies on October 7 while Union State Energy Minister Piyush Goyal would address rallies in Kalka, Panchkula, Narayangarh, Sadhaura and Jagadhari on the same day.

The party’s star campaigner Navjot Singh Sidhu, who didn’t address even a single rally during last General Elections in Haryana, would canvass for the party candidates by addressing four rallies. His presence during BJP’s election campaign is likely to woo the Sikh voters towards the party in Haryana.
