Anti-BJP pro-quota leader Hardik Patel denied taking police protection from the Gujarat Government on Monday. The Patidar leader blamed the BJP ruled Government in the State saying that in the name of security cover, spying is being done against him. He said when Patidar youth were being beaten up and they wanted security there was no police to protect them post GMDC rally in August 2015.
let police people common people, he didn’t want, claimed Patel adding that by offering security the BJP leaders want to know whom he meets, who are coming to meet him and where he is going. He further said that he had not demanded any police protection and that the security arrived at his place stating that there was an order from higher authority.
