Jet Airways ran into rough weather on Wednesday as cricketer Harbhajan Singh claimed that an expat pilot from the airline hurled ‘racist’ abuse and assaulted a woman passenger and a physically challenged man onboard a flight.
In a series of messages put out on his twitter handle Harbhajan TurbanatorIJ @harbhajan_singh, the cricketer accused an expat pilot Bernd Hoesslin of racist and assaulting a woman passenger and a physically challenged onboard a Jet Airways flight by which he was travelling.
“So called this Bernd Hoesslin a pilot with @jetairways called my fellow Indian(u bloody Indian get out of my flight)while he is earning here,” Harbhajan stated in his first tweet.

“Strict action must be taken and such things should not be allowed or tolerated in our country. #proudtobeindian let’s get together and sort this,” the off-spinner said.
