In another development, the minister assured that the Government will, henceforth, be more accessible to public. It will no longer be one sided communication. The Ministers will now respond as well. For this, the Government is in the process of recruiting “digital volunteers” to post prompt answers to questions and complaints posted by the public. He told a private news channel that the Government will use social media extensively and clarified that communication on social media will be posted not just in Hindi, but in the respective regional languages as well.
