Controversial self-style Godman Rampal's followers have planned to move to the national Capital and protest outside Supreme Court.
"Disciples of Rampal under the chairmanship of another Godman Om are going to gherao Supreme Court. Rampal is being harassed by the judiciary, police and state administration of government of Haryana. Judges and lawyers have registered false cases against him," said Rampal in a press statement.
The statement also pointed out that if Rampal is illegally arrested by the Haryana government, the government should be ready to face the dire consequences. "Millions of devotees will organize protests across India. The government of India will be held responsible for any untoward situation developed out of gherao," the statement said.
