Police have arrested Sarfaraz Billi, the key henchman of the human trafficking racket being run at GB road that was busted a few days ago. Billi was hiding in Bulandshahr and running the show for the two other prime accused, Afaq Hussain and Saira Begum arrested earlier, said police.
