A major fire broke out at King's Restaurant in the commercial hub of Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, on Wednesday night, November 4, causing disruption and triggering panic in the area.
Visuals show flames spreading quickly through the building. Before fire engines and emergency personnel arrived, local residents and bystanders were seen attempting to control the fire using water from a nearby water tanker.
Fire engines and local police arrived shortly afterwards, and firefighters successfully brought the fire under control. No casualties or injuries were reported.
The restaurant had earlier experienced a similar fire in 2022 due to a cylinder explosion.
The exact cause of Wednesday's fire and the circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation.
