The bodies of a young man from Bulandshahr and his innocent daughter were found at Sonpal Nagar in Sasniget police station area. Nearby is the house of in-laws of the young man. The wife had been living here for one and a half months due to a dispute with her husband. He came to pick up many times, but the in-laws refused to send their daughter.

The angry man took his two-year-old daughter from his in-laws at night. Both were found dead in the morning. The cause of death being determined is consuming poison. Police is considering the case as a suicide case. Meanwhile the youth's relatives have filed a murder report against the in-laws.

25-year-old Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Bharare of Shikarpur (Bulandshahar) was married about three years ago to Banki Lal's daughter Aarti, a resident of Sonpal Nagar (Sarai Ladia) in Sasnigat area. About a month and a half ago, Aarti came to her maternal home with her daughter and son due to a domestic dispute. Rakesh went to call his wife and children several times.

The in-laws refused to send them. Rakesh again reached to his in-laws. However, he was not seen by any in-laws or local people on the move. It is speculated that Rakesh somehow jumped into the house and entered the house and picked up his two-year-old daughter Priyanshi, who was sleeping near the mother Aarti.

SP City Kuldeep Singh Gunawat said that when the girl was not found in bed in the morning, she was searched. Rakesh and Priyanshi were found dead in the plot about 50 meters away from the house. Foam was coming out of the mouth. In the CCTV camera, Rakesh is seen carrying his daughter.

Due to the absence of camera location and darkness, the remaining events have not been captured in the camera. Rakesh's father Kantiprasad has accused the  poisioning and killing of his son and granddaughter and throwing the dead bodies into a plot for the purpose of hiding evidence. Rakesh's father-in-law Bankelal, mother-in-law and Aarti etc. have been named in the report.

Rakesh came to his in-laws on March 28. On not sending his wife Aarti, he took his nine-month-old son Prince with an excuse of playing to Shikarpur. The in-laws also complained to the police station. Later in Shikarpur, Aarti got her son back after the two sides reached to a compromise.

Aarti's father Bankelal alleges that Rakesh was addicted to drugs and used to assault the daughter. That is why Aarti came to the maiden. In order to save the daughter's house, he convinced Rakesh  to work with the elder son-in-law and sell fruit in Sadabad. He ran away after working for a few days.

Kalanithi Naithani, SSP said that the bodies of Rakesh and Priyanshi have been found. Both have no bruises on their body. It is likely that the father and daughter died due to consuming poison. The exact cause of death will be known only after the post mortem report. The forensic team has also collected evidence. The father has filed a lawsuit accusing the in-laws of murder. The police is investigating at every point.
