A high drama was witnessed again in St. Stephen’s college when suspended editor of a student e-magazine Devansh Mehta and a female Phd scholar, who had lodged molestation complaint against a professor, entered the college without permission on Wednesday evening. The college administration allegedly locked the duo in chemistry lab and informed the police. Both were taken to the police station and a cross complaint from both the sides were lodged at the Maurice Nagar police station.
The incident took place around 3.30 pm when some college official spotted the Phd scholar inside the college. By the time he informed the other college authority, the scholar entered into the chemistry lab.
Police said she was accompanied by Devansh Mehta whose entry is reportedly restricted into the college, as he is already a suspended student. A few college students, along with security guard, shut chemistry lab's door from outside and called police.
