Former Chairman and current Ranking Member of the House of Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and Pacific Eni FH Faleomavaega on Saturday commended the BJP for naming Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as the party’s campaign committee chief.
“I have and will continue to support Chief Minister Narendra Modi in his work to lift millions out of poverty by making development a mass movement. Making development a mass movement will cut across the barriers of caste, community, region, religion, race, gender & status and guarantees that the benefits of development will reach to all of us. This extraordinary idea put forward by Modi has the potential to make the world a better place to live and consequently, it is time for the US to reverse its course and dialogue with Narendar Modi, who may very well be the India’s next PM,” Faleomavaega said in honour of BJP president Rajnath Singh, who is on a five-day visit to the US beginning on Saturday.
