Ek Microbook launched to simplify MCA compliance

AI-powered platform ‘Ek Microbook’ was launched in New Delhi on Saturday, marking a major step in simplifying Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) compliance, documentation and e-filing.

Designed to make regulatory procedures faster and accessible, the platform offers AI-assisted compliance management, document generation, task tracking, deadline reminders and office administration.

Founder Shobharam Dhama said the software enables even ordinary users without technical expertise to complete MCA requirements and e-filing, reducing manual effort and helping startups and MSMEs focus on growth.

A mobile app ‘Ek Microbook Connect’ will be launched soon.

Chief Guest R Krishnan, Founder President, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, former ICSI presidents Nesar Ahmad, Manish Gupta and Ranjeet Pandey attended the event. Anuj Goyal, Central Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was also present.
