Spanish officials say eight elderly residents have died and eleven others were injured as a fire swept through a nursing home just outside the northeastern city of Zaragoza.Regional Interior Ministry spokesman Gustavo Alcalde said the cause of the fire, which broke out in early today, is still unknown and was being investigated.Alcalde says one of the nursing home's caretakers has also been hospitalised.
