Upset with Hathras MP Rajveer Diler, Gram Pradhan of Daurau Chandpur gram panchayat Ashok Azad and his elder brother Ram Gopal have claimed for religious conversion along with their family. On Thursday, Ram Gopal has asked permission for religious conversion in a written letter to the District Magistrate. According to Gram Pradhan Ashok Azad, ladies of the house already removed all the idols of Gods from the house and all 20 members of the family will accept Islam soon after getting permission.

According to Ashok Azad and Ram Gopal, Hathras MP Rahveer Diler is a native of gram panchayat Daurau Chandpur. In 2015, his wife Rajni Diler contested for the pradhan election against him but faced defeat, since then Hathras MP Rajveer Diler continuously harassing and implicating the family in false cases.

Ashok Azad said that four-five months ago, on MP instruction, his house was demolished after being showed that it was constructed on the land of Gram Panchayat.

The matter is under consideration in court. I own a land in Gata number 86 and there also boundary has been made.

It is alleged that the nephew of the MP's relation has filed a false case of a deadly attack against six people of his family. Ashok Azad said that he is compelled to convert his religion along with his family members.

According to Aligarh DM Mr. Chandrabhushan Singh,  allegation of pradhan is baseless. The land was evacuated only after it was proven to be a government land and a proposal made to construct a banquet hall from the MLA fund.

Hathras MP, Rajveer Diler further clarified that a room was built on the land of the gram panchayat, which was demolished by the administration on the complaint of the villagers. Banquet Hall is being constructed for the villagers there. I have nothing to do with this matter. My wife has never contested the election of gram pradhan. He is making false accusations.
