Didi vows to expose Cong, lF in Kerala

Mamata Banerjee is planning to catch the bulls by their horns by descending in Kerala in order to “expose” the CPI(M) and the Congress which are pitted against each other in that State.

Incensed at the Election Commission of India for announcing six-phase polls for Bengal and apparently apprehensive of the likely CPI(M)-Congress alliance in Bengal, the Chief Minister on Friday said she would visit Kerala and tell the voters there about the real face of the Congress and the left who were sharing beds in Bengal and measuring swords in the southern State.

“They cannot befool the people of the two States. I will go to Kerala to expose the hypocrisy of these parties” she said wondering “where is there a need to conduct elections in Kerala.”

Instead of wasting money in conducting elections in Kerala the ECI should have divided the State between the Congress and the left, Banerjee said adding she would “teach the Congress a lesson” for ditching her party and joining hands with an enemy outfit “against which we have been fighting for decades.”

She, however, remained non-committal when asked as to whether her party would contest in Kerala.
