Delhi Government's service department has transferred 10 Sub Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) on Tuesday. Though touted to be a routine transfer by the services department, some of SDMs were transferred due to misconduct and impropriety. Total 20 officials of DANICS and adhoc DANICS has been transferred on Tuesday.
SDM (Model Town) Navlendra Kumar Singh has been transferred and shifted as deputy director (education). Mukul Koranga, who was posted as VATO will be new SDM (Model Town). According to sources, several complaints were filed before the divisional commissioner office and urban development minister Arvinder Singh lovely against Singh's misconduct.
SDM (Narela) Ajay Kumar Arora has been transferred as deputy secretary (GAD). Vinay Kaushik has replaced Arora as SDM (Narela) while Joginder Singh Rana has replaced SDM (Punjabi Bagh) Hukum Chand, who will be administrative officer (education). Rana is currently posted in BR Ambedkar hospital. SDM (Patel Nagar) Ajay Rawal has been transferred as deputy secretary Delhi Vidhan Sabha. Jitender Kumar will be new SDM of Patel Nagar. Bl Meena will be SDM of Kotwali while Vinod Kumar who is currently posted as SDM Kotwali has been transferred to DSSSB. Manjit Singh who is currently posted as deputy secretary, Delhi Assembly, will be SDM Vasant Vihar. RC Antil, SDM (Preet Vihar ) has also been transferred. Vijay Mallik will be new SDM Preet Vihar. Vikram Bisht who is currently posted as SDM Sarita Vihar transferred. PS Paliwal has replaced him.
In another reshuffle, Kuldeep Singh Gangar, who was in charge of Delhi Disaster Management Authority, transferred to transport department.
