With an aim to garner support of farmers in the national Capital, the Delhi BJP will list their issues and then include them in its election manifesto for the forthcoming Assembly polls. According to party leaders, they will also hold meetings with farmers and apprise them about the achievements of Modi Government.
A senior BJP leader said the party would make the farmers aware about the reduction in diesel prices which has benefited them. “There are 360 villages in the national capital in which, more than two lakh voters reside. Keeping this in mind, we have prepared a plan according to which, we will list the issues of farmers and include them in our manifesto for the Assembly polls,” Vinod Tyagi, president of Delhi BJP Kisan Morcha, said.
