For the A320neo aircraft of the Airbus it is the debut appearance at the Hyderabad Airshow. The Aircraft fitted with a more fuel efficient and environment friendly PW1100G engine of Pratt and Whitney, was earlier scheduled to appear the Paris Airshow but could not make it there. It also could not keep the date with the Dubai and Singapore Airshows and made the first appearance at the static display in Hyderabad.
This is one of the many wide and narrow bodied aircrafts which have made their debut appearance at the Hyderabad show India Aviation 2016.
While Emirates has brought A 380, A350-900, a twin isle aircraft was brought for the first time to India by the Qatar Airways, the first customer of this variant of aircraft.
Etihad Airway of Abu Dhabi has come with Boeing 787-9 and the A320neo has been brought by the Indigo, an Indian carrier which has placed the biggest order with the manufacturer for this aircraft.
The static display of the 30 odd aircraft will be thrown open to the people on Saturday and Sunday.
