Day 2: Candidates cross 3K mark at DU's open session

Published on:

The number of students attending Delhi University’s open-day counselling (help-desk) session on Friday exceeded the 3,000 mark, making it difficult for the authorities to attend to all their complaints. To help DU officials, many student bodies volunteered to join the counselling panel. "To avoid the risk of wasting my year, I have applied for many courses in DU," said a student. Addressing the concerns of aspiring candidates, deputy Dean Student Welfare Gurpreet Singh Tuteja said we are trying to convince students to focus on the course rather than the college.
