A 26-year-old son of a Delhi Police sub-inspector was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Outer Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy area on Monday morning. He had a gunshot injury on his right temple.
The incident came to light when the body was spotted by a passerby. Identified as Anuj, the deceased was found on the driver’s seat of his car. According to police, Anuj left to meet his friend on Sunday evening but he did not reach there. “Prima facie it seems to be a case of personal enmity. We have questioned his friends and we are also scanning his call details,” said a police official. His father is posted at Sabzi Mandi police station.
