Former AICC secretary and senior dalit leader of Delhi Congress, Jai Kishen on Tuesday criticized the Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan for accusing Congress on the SC/STs issue. Addressing a press conference, the Congress leader condemned the minister saying that he is ready to debate with him on any platform on the issue of welfare of dalit and scheduled castes.
