The BJP and the Congress created ruckus in the State Assembly on Thursday over the CAG reports on financial and administrative irregularities during the 2013 Maha Kumbh Mela and lapses in the construction of memorials in the previous BSP regime leading to adjournment of the House twice for about 35 minutes.First, the BJP entered the Well when their demand to raise the CAG reports by an adjournment motion was rejected by Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey, who adjourned the House for 30 minutes.When the House re-assembled, Congress members trooped into the Well and demanded a joint panel probe.
